Registration and Conference Fee

Registration is open at the conference organiser’s web site and participants are encouraged to register early. All Conference attendees, including invited speakers and accompanying guests, must register in advance of the Conference.  Attendance is by invitation only and invitations are obtained by pre-registering on the Conference web site.

The fees include the following:

Conference fee:
  • Conference Pack including the Programme and other associated materials
  • Name badge permitting access to all Sessions
  • Lunch and refreshments on 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th June
  • Admission to social events including the Welcome Reception (19th), Conference excursion (22nd), Midsummer Barbeque (22nd) and Highland Banquet (23rd)

Accommodation:

  • 5 nights accommodation at the Hilton Coylumbridge* - arriving Sunday 19th June – departing Friday 24th June 2005.
  • Breakfast on 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th June
  • Dinners on 19th, 20th and 21st

*If demand for the Conference is high accommodation may also be offered at the Hilton Aviemore Hotel.  The Hilton Aviemore is short drive from the Hilton Coylumbridge and transport will be available to transfer delegates between hotels.

We are able to offer a special discount on a combined registration fee and accommodation package for early registrations (up to or on 18 February 2005):
  • Early registration including single room accommodation                        £825
  • Early registration including shared accommodation                               £675

After that date the normal fees apply:

  • Conference fee:                                                                                 £490

Accommodation only:

  • Single room accommodation                                                               £500
  • Shared accommodation                                                                      £350

Combined registration fee and accommodation package:

  • Registration including single room accommodation                               £950
  • Registration including shared accommodation                                      £800

Registration Information for Accompanying Guests

General registration will begin on 19th June from 2 pm – 7 pm and will continue on 20th June from 8 am in the hotel foyer. The registration will remain open throughout for general queries.

All cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the Conference Secretariat. For cancellations received on or before 18 February 2005 an administration fee of £75 will be deducted from any refund issued. For cancellations received after 18 February 2005 no refunds will be issued.
