Registered delegates and accompanying guests are invited to attend a Civic Reception in the foyer of the hotel at 6.30 pm on Sunday 19th of June.
A choice of excursions have been arranged for delegates and registered accompanying guests for the afternoon of Wednesday 22nd of June. Further details of the excursions and relevant links are to be found on the Conference web site.

After the excursion on of Wednesday 22nd of June delegates and registered accompanying guests are invited to a Midsummer Barbeque in the grounds of the Alvie Estate - a traditional Highland Estate overlooking the Cairngorm hills near the village of Kincraig, 4 miles south of Aviemore (www.alvie-estate.co.uk).
