Invited talks
Abstract:
Abstract lengths can be from 1 paragraph to two pages, in pdf format
using the 9”x 6” style

of World Scientific, which will also be the style for the summary
papers. Abstracts should be sent to Dietrich Leibfried
dil@boulder.nist.gov before May 1.
Talk format:
Each invited speaker will have a time slot of 30 min + 5 min discussion.
Summary papers:
Summary length is limited to 12 pages, in pdf format using the 9”x 6”
style

Summaries should be handed in during the conference but are due no later

Poster contributions
Abstract:

style of World Scientific

before May 1, and sooner is better.
Poster size:
Posters should be no larger than
3 ft wide by 4 ft high
91.44 cm wide by 121.92 cm, (compatible with A0 which is 84.1 cm wide by
118.9 cm high)
Poster DVD:
Participants can contribute to a DVD that contains the posters of the
ICOLS-07 in pdf format. Please submit your source files to
Dietrich Leibfried at the conference or email them (dil@boulder.nist.gov) no
later than July 6. ICOLS poster sessions are an essential part of the
conference and the DVD of poster images will provide a much more
complete record of the meeting than would the book alone. The DVD will
be mailed to all registered participants.
